It has been three months since my last entry, so if I still have any viewers/followers left, hello! I wanted to post and tell you about some changes that have happened recently.
It has been six weeks! Did you miss me? Probably not. lol Well, I finally got around to posting again, so let me update you on what’s been happening with me recently.
You may have noticed that I’m blogging less and less lately. I just don’t have the time or motivation to blog consistently like I used to. However, I don’t really want to give up blogging completely either. I definitely appreciate each and every one of you who still drop by my blog and check out my posts, even when I disappear for almost a month.
It seems like I keep getting my Ipsy bag later and later now. My bag used to come in the mail around the 13th of each month. Now I’m not getting my bag until at least the 18th. This month’s bag didn’t come until the 19th or 20th. I barely have time to try out and review my products before they’re already selecting next month’s bag.
I had ordered a tapestry and some new bedding for my bedroom, and on Valentine’s Day they came in the mail!
2019 hasn’t been too kind so far, and it doesn’t seem to be getting any better. Tonight I received some bad news. I was getting ready to leave work when my dad let me know that my uncle passed away tonight. He said my aunt tried to wake him up and he wouldn’t wake up. We don’t really know the cause yet, but he’s been really sick off and on for the past nine months. The doctors said it was allergies, but I was very skeptical. Allergies do not make someone that sick (that I’m aware of). He would become really pale, run a fever, be unable to keep any food/drinks down, and he lost a lot of weight. Then he would be okay again for a while, and the cycle would repeat.
It’s been three weeks since my last post. Sorry, guys. This is our busy season at work, so I’ve been working longer hours. Plus, I recently discovered that Tubi (a free streaming service) has Unsolved Mysteries, so I’ve been spending most of my free time bingeing it. I grew up watching that show and loved it. The eerie music and Robert Stack’s narration just had a way of drawing you in. Plus, the stories were always interesting. I heard Netflix is rebooting the show, which is kind of exciting. However, no way will it be the same. I hope the stories are interesting though.
