Five Faves on Friday #7: Food

One of my favorite things in this world is eating delicious food. This is hard to pick just five things, but here are some of my five favorite foods. (All photos are mine).

Blue Crabs
Being from Maryland, it’s no surprise that blue crabs are my favorite food. My mom ate them all the time when she was pregnant with me, and I’ve been eating them since I was a little toddler. It’s really enjoyable to sit outside on a nice day and just pick and eat crabs for hours. The Old Bay seasoning makes them truly great.

Tacos
I love all kinds of tacos. Crunchy shell, soft shell, beef, chicken, shrimp, or fish. They’re all delicious to me. I’m especially fond of street style tacos with cilantro and onion.

Pizza
I don’t always feel the greatest after eating pizza. It tends to sometimes leave me feeling yucky, but I just can’t resist it. I love ham and pineapple pizza, and I also love to get heavily topped pizza’s with ham, italian sausage, salami, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and jalapeños.

Buffalo Wings
I love hot buffalo wings. I feel like aside from the yummy taste, they’re also fun to eat. I especially like them with celery (and carrots too) and blue cheese dressing on the side.

Subs
I like different kinds of subs from different places, but my favorite is the Italian sub from a local shop here called Turtle’s. (The wings pictured above are also from Turtle’s). The rolls are super soft and fresh, and the lettuce is specially seasoned which provides a unique and delicious taste like no other.

  1. YES, ANOTHER PINEAPPLE PIZZA LOVER! There seems to be only people who love it and hate it, no in between haha! My mom loves crabs too – all sorts of seafood actually. I love buffalo wings too, it’s been a while since I’ve had them!

    1. *High Five* I was expecting some “Eww, pineapple doesn’t go on pizza” comments when I created this post. So far nobody has said anything about it. haha It’s funny because I’m not a big fan of pineapple, but it tastes different when it’s cooked. It compliments the flavor of the pizza so well.
