Colorful Bath Haul

I was so excited when I got home from work tonight to find that my package from Leebrick Candle Co. had arrived. I was a little confused by their shop name when I stumbled upon it because they do not sell any candles. (Though they do have wax melts). Hopefully the name doesn’t throw too many people off because they have a nice selection of sugar scrubs and bath bombs. After receiving my package, I am incredibly glad that I gave this small business a shot.

I ended up ordering four of their bath bombs and a sugar scrub. The price of the bath bombs are just slightly cheaper than Lush at about $5.95 per bomb. After trying one already, I would say that the quality is definitely on par with Lush. No complaints whatsoever. The sugar scrub I did find to be a bit pricey at $12.95. For the size, I would expect it to be a little cheaper. However, as you’ll read below, it’s a great product.

This is everything I ordered, and I certainly can’t wait to try everything. Although it will probably be a little while before I use all the bath bombs. I prefer to only use one or two a month to make them last and not break my bank. They all smell amazing though! I actually decided to take a relaxing bath tonight, so I put in the Mrs. Clause Cookies bomb. I’m going to do a separate post on that here in a day or so. That’s one of the bombs that I featured in my Festive Bath Bombs for the Holiday Season post.

The best smelling one is definitely the Unicorn Berries. I’m so glad I got the matching bath bomb and scrub. This is seriously is one of the best smelling things ever! It’s the perfect fruity blend.

I tried the sugar scrub tonight, and I’m absolutely in love! While I do wish it was cheaper, or at least a bigger size, I know I will still purchase this again. As I said, it smells amazing. However, the texture is wonderful as well. It’s kind of hard to explain, but it’s the perfect consistency between slushy and gritty. It exfoliates skin well, and it leaves your skin soft afterwards. It’s definitely one of my favorite body scrubs I’ve tried.

    1. You wouldn’t be disappointed. I’m incredibly glad I found this little gem of a shop! I’ll make a post about the Mrs. Clause Cookies bath bomb sometime this week, but I loved it. I’m sure the other bombs are just as good if not better. I also don’t think I’ll use any other scrubs now after trying this one. I might have to try some of the other scented scrubs as well. They have some nice ones to choose from.

  1. I love Lush’s bath bombs but they’re so expensive! Glad you found a cheaper alternative that works just as well. I love how colorful they are! Ugh, add a unicorn to anything and it’ll feel magical XD. I’m happy that you enjoyed the bath bombs!

    1. You’re right, they are. These aren’t significantly cheaper, but even being a little cheaper helps. I wasn’t expecting it to be the same quality as Lush so I was quite impressed.

  2. I haven’t been able to try many bath bombs since the drain in my tub doesn’t hold water (without a really good drain stopper – which I don’t have right now).

That scrub looks so pretty. Love the colors. It definitely looks like it smells delicious.
