As mentioned in my previous post, the Sparimo Unboxing, I received a couple bath bombs in my box to try. You all know I love a good bath bomb! I haven’t tried the purple one yet, but I did try this one.
It’s called Blood Bath, which I think is a cool name for it. I’m a horror movie fan, so I got a kick out of that, and the name fits. It actually reminded me of the movie Carrie when she’s in the bath tub trying to rinse all the blood off.
I was incredibly nervous when I first put this in the water. I was so scared that it was going to be horribly messy and leave everything stained red. After my previous bad experience with a bath bomb, I get nervous about trying ones from new brands. Thankfully that was not the case with this one. It didn’t stain anything and only left behind some pinkish water, which I could easily wash down.
Unlike some other bath bombs I’ve used, I did think my skin felt slightly sticky afterwards. It wasn’t anything too extreme though, and it was fine once I washed off quick in the shower. The bath bomb is made with shea butter, and my skin did feel soft afterwards.
I really loved the bright red color of this, as red is one of my favorite colors. Unfortunately, I really couldn’t see any of the gold glitter in it at all, which I think would have been really pretty. I still loved the solid red though. Other than the color, I also really loved the smell of this bath bomb. It’s really hard for me to put it into words, but it’s a sugary sweet scent.
You can buy the bath bomb here for $6, if interested.
This is amazing, makes the water so red! x

I remember you said you don’t like horror movies. 😜 I’m guessing red isn’t one of your favorites either?

I will! I feel like my blog is becoming all about bath bombs, but I can’t help it. I love them. 😋 I also like seeing photos of different ones in action, so I figure others might too. I’m surprised I don’t see it more on other blogs. I see a lot of posts about lush hauls and stuff, but not photos of bath bombs in the water.

That actually looks awesome. It looked like it would stain pretty bad, but I’m glad that it was a much better experience than the chocolate bath bomb.

I thought it was going to stain too. I’m so glad it didn’t. My mom probably would have killed me. lol

This actually looks pretty gorgeous. I do wonder why it felt sticky afterwards but at least the Shea left your skin smooth. I always love it when bath products have Shea butter on them 😁

Oh my gosh that red is sooo vibrant! Such a gorgeous color, I’m actually really loving it. And Dan has a friend who nicknames himself “Bloodbath” but I always poke fun and call him “Bubblebath” instead hahah.
