Summer Sunset Bath Bomb

I used another bath bomb that I showed off in my Butter Me Soft Haul. This one is the Summer Sunset bath bomb. I thought I would go ahead and use this one since Summer is ending. It didn’t smell as good as the Galactic Dreams bomb, but it still smelled lovely. As it fizzed, pretty swirls of pink, yellow, and orange came out, which resulted in fruit punch colored bath water once it was all done. I thought I would show you guys some of the pictures I took. Bath bombs are so pretty, they’re like works of art. Other than a sunset, the colors in this one reminded me a lot of the 60’s/70’s as well as candy or sorbet.

My goodies from Etsy shop Butter Me Soft came this past week! I love shopping on Etsy and purchasing from different shops. This is my first time ordering anything from this shop, but everything looks so lovely. I can’t wait to use everything! I just wanted to do a quick post to share what I got. I might even do some future blog posts on some of these items.

I ordered five bath bombs (Midnight Rose, Galactic Dream, Celestial, Majestic, and Summer Sunset), and two bubble bars (Galactic Dreams and Unicorn). The seller included a thank you card with a hand written note, which I thought was really sweet. In her note, she mentions that she upgraded my Summer Sunset bath bomb to a larger size than what I ordered, and she included a free sample of the Sweet Dreamsicle whipped sugar scrub. How nice of her! This is one reason why I like buying from little shops like this as opposed to big companies because the sellers are usually very nice and generous and you can tell that they really appreciate your business.

Purple Paradise Bath Bomb

If any of you remember my Sparimo Unboxing a while back, this Purple Paradise bath bomb is one of the items I received, and I was excited to try it. I finally got around to using it last weekend, and I really liked it. It was so pretty! The only downside was that it didn’t really have much of a smell, but the colors kind of made up for it. It was a very deep purple, with a mixture of some pink and gold hues. I would definitely use this bomb again. I will let the pictures speak for themselves.

Blood Bath

As mentioned in my previous post, the Sparimo Unboxing, I received a couple bath bombs in my box to try. You all know I love a good bath bomb! I haven’t tried the purple one yet, but I did try this one.

It’s called Blood Bath, which I think is a cool name for it. I’m a horror movie fan, so I got a kick out of that, and the name fits. It actually reminded me of the movie Carrie when she’s in the bath tub trying to rinse all the blood off.

I received this box of goodies from Sparimo for free to try out. Sparimo is a monthly subscription box offered to U.S. residents that includes different products, such as bath bombs, lotions, scrubs, soaps, bath salts, and bubble bars. I was really excited that I was picked to try out these products. As most of you know, I’m a bit obsessed with bath items.

The box that I received came with five products. However, if you subscribe, you actually get seven products for $37.95. Each box will come with three bath bombs, two bars of soap, and two products of your liking (that are not bath bombs or soaps, such as lotions, bubble bars, etc). One of the great things about Sparimo is that even if you choose not to subscribe, they still offer items in their shop that you can buy outright.

Now let’s have a look at what I received.

Mermaid Kisses Bath Bomb

I recently tried out the Mermaid Kisses bath bomb from Leebrick Candle Co. I just love supporting small businesses, and this one truly deserves praise. The last bath bomb I tried of theirs was the Mrs. Clause Cookies bomb, and it was amazing. You can see my post about it here. This bomb was just as wonderful. As I mentioned last time, these bath bombs are completely on par with Lush, and they’re slightly cheaper, which is even better. The scent of this one is hard to describe, but it’s heavenly. I guess I would say that it smells a little similar to candy. Like SweetTarts, perhaps. It turned my bath water a beautiful shade of blue, and it made for a really relaxing bath.

As featured in my Festive Bath Bombs for the Holiday Season post and mentioned in my Colorful Bath Haul post, I present to you some pictures and my thoughts on the Mrs. Clause Cookies bath bomb from Leebrick Candle Co.

While I was at work on Friday night, I kept thinking about how nice a hot, relaxing bath sounded. It was perfect timing because my package of bath bombs I had ordered was waiting for me when I got home.  I was so thrilled! With it being close to Christmas, I decided to use the Mrs. Clause Cookies one first. This was only the second bath bomb I’ve tried that was not from Lush. I was a little nervous about it after my last experience that was not very pleasant.
